Fittings & Adjustments

• All alterations include one complimentary adjustment only if the garment was originally pinned on you by our staff.
• This adjustment must be addressed during your pickup fitting session.
• If a client pins or marks their own garment, the complimentary adjustment does not apply.
• If a client provides a sample garment for reference, any requests beyond the agreed scope of work will be considered additional services and will incur extra charges.
• Weight fluctuations (loss or gain) are not covered under complimentary adjustments.
• Any additional changes beyond the original pinned design, including a third fitting, will be considered a new service and will incur additional labor charges.
• A $15 consultation fee is required for all standard fittings. This covers the use of our facilities, the tailor’s time and expertise, and the pinning and marking of garments. The fee is waived if you proceed with alterations. Wedding Dress Consultations are subject to a $50 fee. This fee applies to wedding gowns and bridal/formalwear consultations and covers the tailor’s time and expertise, garment assessment, discussion of alterations, fitting, pinning, and marking. The $50 wedding consultation fee is due regardless of whether you proceed with alterations.
• Fittings involve pinning and marking garments to determine the proper alterations. These markings are a standard part of the process and may not always be fully removable. If you decide not to proceed with alterations after the garment has been marked, we cannot be held responsible for any markings left on the garment.

Garment Pickup & Storage

• Garments not picked up within 30 days of completion will be moved to an off-site storage facility. Orders not picked up by the agreed-upon date may be subject to a hold fee unless otherwise arranged.
• A $40 retrieval fee will apply to recover stored items.
• Garments left unclaimed after 60 days will be donated.

Final Sale Policy

• Once garments leave the shop, no refunds or complimentary adjustments will be provided.
